Todays post will be short, at least my part of it. On rpg.net, a poster by the name of Mostly_Ghostly presents a setting he calls Nifflas. This is among the best and most interesting settings I've seen so far. This incudes most commersial settings as well. I know the guy wrote it and had 4th ed in mind, but I can't help but thinking that it would be equally awesome (see, I had to use that word) using Spirit of the Century, Savage Worlds or even a version of Castle Falkenstein.
